Hello and Welcome

 

As you can already see my name is Jennifer but most people know me as Jenny, I'm a level designer, I'm an artist, and I enjoy restoring old photos. I was born and raised in Los Angeles California however, I have moved around a lot ever since I can remember. I’m Ecuadorian, I have five brothers, and I’m the only girl in my family of six children/ siblings. I have a son and I don’t mean to brag, but he’s a huge fan of his mom (momma’s boy). My son is my biggest inspiration/ motivation for why I work so hard. I love my son so much, words can’t even describe the great distance I would go for my little guy. He helps me stay focused and makes me laugh when he’s being very silly.

Growing up when I was a child, my brothers and I were in different foster homes for over seven years. I was a straight “A” student, had a lot of friends, but I was very unhappy most of my childhood because I couldn’t live a normal life. Things weren’t always great for me and I share this experience because my childhood struggle is what molded me into the person that I’ve become today. I took what I’ve learned from my struggles as a kid and turned it into something more positive (art and level designing). Ever since my foster home experience, I have always motivated myself to become something greater in life because I’ve always wanted to prove to myself and everyone else that you can be something great in life no matter where you come from, don’t let anything drag you down.

 

I love making people smile and laugh because it also makes me feel very delighted to see that I can spread happiness to others (it makes my day). Some of my hobbies are playing video games (I’m a gamer), drawing, watching YouTube videos, and learning new things (believe it or not, I can change the oil to a car). I love video games so much because it kept me busy and away from trouble around my ghetto neighborhood.

There are so many game titles that I enjoy, but my favorite ones are adventure and decision-based games. A lot of people know me as the type of individual that takes forever to finish a game. Reason being, is because I like to explore and admire all the hard work that the developers have invested on the game (appreciate the craft and have fun while doing so).
