Game Overview

 

Four military tank friends, have been through thick and thin as military buddies. One day, the four friends tried to figure out who was the best trained and overall battle tank of Camp Victoryville. Only problem is, each tank believes that they’re the top dog, causing a dispute between four friends. The only way to settle this bet is through a competition, competing against each other in battle arenas from different locations. The last tank standing will be the winner of the competition and crowned as the “Ultimate Tank Champion”.

Tanks of Fury, is a 4-player  3D military battle arena. Compete against  your opponents or work as a team, using mechanics such as: moving, aiming your cannon, and firing your shells to annihilate the enemy tanks. Using power ups and turbo regeneration to give players an advantage.

My Roles:

Project Manager, Lead Level Designer, Lead Artist

 

Tasks / Responsibility:

  • In charge of making sure that my group and I worked together as a team to:

           -Create our game documents

           -Have meetings to discuss about any tasks or obstacles

           -Accomplish our short goals and ultimate sprint goals

  • Lead my team through design choices with concepting art, color palette boards, and wireframes.

  • Wrote and created all of the menu artwork: title page, “How to Play", Power Ups”, “Controls”, “Pause” menu, and “Leaderboard”.

  • Modeled, UV, textured, arranged the “Space” level, along with creating the level screenshot image for the “Level Select” section.

  • Modeled, UV, textured, arranged the “Junkyard” level, along with creating the level screenshot image for the “Level Select” section.

  • Modeled, UV, textured, arranged the “Retro” level, along with creating the level screenshot image for the “Level Select” section.

  • Modeled, UV, textured, arranged the “Battlefield” level, along with creating the level screenshot image for the “Level Select” section.
