Hello my name is Jennifer Chamorro, I’m 24 years old (turning 25 in November). What brought me here is the love I have for video games and my son. I attended the Los Angeles Film School back in 2012 for the Associates program, I finished half of the program and I just need a few months to go but I took a 2 year break due to medical conditions and I also gave birth to my one year old son (whom I love very much) which delayed my return quite a bit, but I’m back and fully ready to learn and finish off the rest of my Associate’s degree and knock out my Bachelor’s while in the process. I know I talk about my son a lot, the reason why I do is because my son is the reason behind my decision for returning to school, he gives me the push to strive forward in life and become the parent in the future he likes to show off on career day (just kidding), in other words be someone that he can be proud of. I would love to learn about how a 3D and a 2D level are created through Unity. I really would like to learn the key shortcuts to Unity; it would help me out a lot to get more work done at a faster pace. My favorite level would be “Attack on the Control Room” from the game “Halo”; I love this level so much because I like snow levels with big weapons, vehicles, enemies, and structures. I feel that snow levels are my favorite; they just seem so peaceful and epic to play. I have never used Unity before this class, I have learned how to use Maya in my previous class and I can see some similarities between the two.
